Air Resources Board

The California Air Resources Board is a department of the California Environmental Protection Agency, with a focus on promotion and protection of public health, welfare and ecological resources by reducing air pollution.[1]
The ARB has been in the spotlight as the mandated in charge of overseeing AB32 Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 which calls for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 30 percent by 2020.
