Mr. Chapman currently serves as a Director with The Cambridge Group. Prior to joining the firm he served as Chairman of ABN AMRO Financial Services, Inc. from 1997 to 2004. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) from 1986 to 1997.

During his career, Mr. Chapman served as Chief Executive Officer of Shearson Hamill and later as Co-Chairman of Shearson Loeb Rhodes, and ultimately Vice Chairman of American Express International Bank Co. after American Express acquired Shearson. He also worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission, and as Vice President of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Chapman currently serves on several boards including HDO, Inc.and Prime Holdings, Inc. He is a Trustee of the Institute for Financial Markets[1]and serves on the Advisory Board for the Review of Futures Markets [2], a quarterly financial journal published by Kent State University and the Institute for Financial Markets.
