Allen Goodman is the chief financial officer of The Price Futures Group, Inc.^[1] He also serves as the CFO of Price Asset Management, Inc.^[2] and CFO and head of financial operations for Atrium Securities, Inc., both Price Group affiliates.

Goodman's expertise includes performance measurement, economic modeling and business process design.

In 1995, Goodman founded and managed Exclusively Gourmet, Inc., a specialty food and confections brokerage company. In 1997, he joined BDO Seidman, LLP as a business valuation consultant. In 1999, Goodman joined VIA International and worked as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, he formed Financial Products, Ltd., a business process design firm geared toward small- and medium-sized businesses.

Education

Goodman earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1992. In 1995, Goodman earned his Master's degree in Accountancy from DePaul University.^[3]
