Amit Muni is the Principal Accounting Officer of International Securities Exchange (ISE, LLC) and ISE Holdings.
Background
He joined ISE in July 2003 from Instinet Group Inc., where he was Vice President in their Finance Division. While at Instinet, Muni served on a team primarily responsible for their initial public offering. Prior he was a manager in the Capital Markets Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he provided audit and business advisory services to broker-dealers. Mr. Muni also served in the accounting and internal audit departments of the National Securities Clearing Corp.
