History

Campbell &Company is Maryland corporation organized in April 1978 as a successor to a partnership originally organized in January 1974. Campbell & Company is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as a commodity pool operator and a commodity trading advisor.
Its registration as a commodity pool operator became effective on September 10, 1982 and its registration as a CTA became effective on May 6, 1978 with the CFTC and on July 1, 1982 with the NFA. Campbell & Company became an NFA Member effective July 1, 1982.
