The Canadian dollar is the national currency of Canada and is often nicknamed the 'loonie' after the bird depicted on it (left). The currency can be traded via FOREX trading platforms, and via futures contracts offered at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (see CME Group Canadian Dollar).
