Capital Markets Consulting (CMC) was a Chicago-based consulting and technlogy development company that focused on the capital and derivatives markets. CMC announced in the summer of 2009 that it would shut its doors, and president and CEO, John Barun, would become managing director and chief information officer of Geneva Trading USA, LLC.[1]
