Chatham Energy Partners, LLC was an interdealer broker that was focused on the over-the-counter energy market. It was announced in September of 2007 that it would be acquired by IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), Inc. and that the new business would be operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of ICE called Chatham Energy, LLC.

Chatham specializes in structuring and facilitating transactions in the over-the-counter (OTC) markets for energy options. Chatham's clients include many of the world's largest commercial energy firms, utilities and financial institutions.
