Cynthia Zeltwanger is global chief operating officer of Newedge Group. She was formerly president and chief executive officer of Fimat USA, before Fimat merged with Calyon to form Newedge. Zeltwanger is also on the board of the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).[1]

Cynthia Zeltwanger has held various positions at Fimat including General Counsel in Chicago and General Manager at both the New York and Chicago offices. She began working there in 1991. She was appointed president and chief executive officer of Fimat in March 2003.
Before joining Fimat USA, Inc., Zeltwanger worked for the Shatkin Trading Company.[2]
Education
Zeltwanger holds a law degree (JD) from Kent College of Law, Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ball State University.
