The DRW Trading Group consists of DRW Holdings, LLC, several operating subsidiaries and an affiliated company. The subsidiaries include DRW Investments, LLC (fixed-income derivatives and other futures-based trading), DRW Securities, LLC (equities, convertible bonds and other securities trading), and DRW Investments (UK) Limited (European options trading). An affiliated company, DRW Commodities, LLC, engages primarily in proprietary trading of natural gas and crude oil futures and options listed on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The company has several traders that act as market makers on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange.[1]
