The Division of Investment Management is a division within the Securities and Exchange Commission that regulates investment companies such as mutual funds, closed-end funds, unit investment trusts and exchange-traded funds. The entities it regulates include variable insurance products and federally registered investment advisors.
Andrew Donohue is currently the director of the SEC's Division of Investment Management.
