Background
Douglas Rhoten has been involved in the broking industry for more than 27 years. He is a director of SIF ICAP, ICAP's joint venture in Latin America, and was previously CEO of Garban Capital Markets covering the OTC derivatives, money markets, foreign exchange and commodity markets.
He is a member of the Federal Reserve's Foreign Exchange Committee.
