FFastFill is a publicly owned company that designs and delivers application services for the electronic trading community. These services provide full application functionality for retail and institutional clients. FFastFill allows intermediaries and their clients to manage trading and financial risk in real-time across a wide range of products and exchanges without the need to invest in technology infrastructure or staff.

Keith Todd is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive of FFastFill. James Oliff is the deputy chairman of FFastFill PLC.

FFastFill was founded to provide a software platform for electronic trading and risk management for derivative products. In 2000 it was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. More recently, the company has become an Application Services provider in the sector.[1]

Major milestones for FfastFill have included producing its first software product, a PC-based trading and risk management system in 1999. In 2000, the company produced a client-server system for trading and risk management of derivatives. In 2003, FfastFill's applications service went live.
