Fimat USA Inc. is a futures commission merchant, previously wholly owned by Société Générale and now part of Newedge, the newly formed derivatives joint venture between SocGen and Calyon Financial.[1].

Thomas A. Kloet, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, serves as a member of the board of directors of National Futures Association [2]. Kloet also serves on the NFA Finance Committee and is a former member of the NFA Appeals Committee.
