Fimat USA Inc. is a futures commission merchant, previously wholly owned by Société Générale and now part of Newedge, the newly formed derivatives joint venture between SocGen and Calyon Financial.[1].
Thomas A. Kloet formerly was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
