Gina McFadden[1] is president of Options Industry Council (OIC) as well as executive vice president, Options Industry Services, for The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).

McFadden, who joined OCC in 1974, is currently responsible for strategy, business and product development, corporate communications, and investor and Internet services. Previously, she served as executive vice president for the Business Operations Group.[2]

Education
McFadden completed the SIA’s Securities Industry Institute Program at the Wharton School, and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She has a B.A. from Barat College in Lake Forest, Illinois.[3]
