Instinet Crossing is a dark pool operated by Instinet. In the U.S. Instinet operates four dark pools. Three are periodic crosses - two pre-market VWAP crosses, three intraday crosses and an end-of-day cross - and the fourth, Instinet CBX, is a continuous dark book.[1]
