Jeffrey Morgan is the president & CEO of the National Investor Relations Institute, a "professional association of corporate officers and investor relations consultants responsible for communications among corporate management, shareholders, securities analysts and other financial publics." Previously, he was the COO of the Futures Industry Association. [1]

Background

Morgan has more than 18 years of experience with trade organizations and joined National Investor Relations Institute from the Washington, D.C-based Futures Industry Association where he served for nine years. He was also chief staff executive of the Institute for Financial Markets (IFM).[2]

Morgan was also formerly senior vice president of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents where he had been employed for nine years.[3]

Education

Morgan holds a masters degree in nonprofit management from Eastern University and bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Information Technology in 1982 from Susquehanna University.[4] Morgan is also a Certified Association Executive.
