John V. Murphy is the chairman, president and CEO of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. He was appointed president in August 2000 and chairman and chief executive officer on June 30, 2001. He serves as president of all Oppenheimer funds. He is also president and a board member of Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., the parent company of OFI, which is owned by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and other senior management.
