Judith Sprieser is a member of the board of directors of the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE).
Background
Sprieser, who has been a director since April 2004, was the Chief Executive Officer of Transora, Inc., a technology software and services company until March 2005. Prior to founding Transora in 2000, Sprieser was Executive Vice President of Sara Lee Corporation, serving prior to that as Sara Lee's Chief Financial Officer. Sprieser has been a member of the boards of directors of Allstate Insurance Company since 1999, USG Corporation since 1994, Reckitt Benckiser, plc since 2003, Royal Ahold N.V. and is a member of Northwestern University's Board of Trustees.

She has a B.A. degree and an MBA from Northwestern University.
