MG Financial LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosenthal Collins Group (RCG). It is a provider of online forex trading. MG and RCG completed an exchange of equity interests that resulted in MG's becoming a subsidiary on October 15, 2008.[1]

In April of 1997, MG Financial released the first version of its online trading platform. The platform enabled traders to view real-time quotations, execute transactions, and track open positions. Since the trading platform’s introduction, important features such as real-time charting have been added.
MG released DealStation on January 30th 2000. It offered traders the latest Java “Push” Technology, which immediately “pushes” new information to the client's computer, automatically updating his or her screen. Since then MG has also added Desktop and HTML versions of the DealStation.[2]
