This three-member panel is drawn from among the members of NFA's Business Conduct and Hearing Committees.
Mission
These individuals rule on requests for exemption from the two-year minimum experience requirement. Associated Persons (APs) the panel decides have equivalent experience or any contract market member of NFA with a similar minimum experience requirement can be deemed to have satisfied this requirement.
