NFA's Executive Committee, [1] is a 10-member subset of its Board of Directors.
Mission
The members of the Executive Committee work closely with NFA staff to ensure that the association runs smoothly.
NFA's president is a member, as are nine directors, including the chairman of the Board, two exchange member directors, three FCM/IB directors, two industry participant directors and one public director.
Because the Executive Committee is organized along category lines, the members are elected by the directors in that particular category, with the exception of the public director who is elected by the full Board. NFA elections are held in February of each year. The Executive Committee term of office is for one year.
