The New York Clearing Corp. (NYCC) was the clearing house subsidiary of the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT). It became ICE Clear U.S. as of June 1, 2007, shortly after IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) acquired the New York Board of Trade and NYCC.
