Peter Clarke is the CEO and company secretary of Man Group plc[1]. He is also the chairman of Man Investments. Before being named CEO in September 2007, Clarke served as the finance director of Man Group.[2]

Clarke was deputy group CEO of Man Group from November 2005 until he was named group CEO. He was named to the Man Group board in 1997 and became the finance director in May of 2000.
He joined Man in 1993 after stints in investment banking industry at firms including Morgan Grenfell and Citicorp.
