T. Eric "Rick" Kilcollin served for two years as president and CEO of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He resigned abruptly from the position in 1999 as organizational and technical changes rocked the futures industry in Chicago.[1]Kilcollin is a co-founder of Sanborn Kilcollin Partners, a hedge fund manager started in 2001.[2]

Kilcollin started his career as an economist at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington.
He joined Wells Fargo Nikko Investments Advisors in San Francisco in 1994 and while at the firm served as chief executive officer of The Investments Group and a member of the executive committee of Wells Fargo Nikko Investments Advisors.
He became a COO at the CME in 1996, was elevated from executive vice president for business development in February 1997 and left the exchange in 1999.
