Lothian, who is a nephew of MarketsWiki founder John J. Lothian, previously was a guest editor of the John Lothian Newsletter. Additionally, he was also webmaster for The Price Futures Group, Inc. while attending college.
Lothian completed an internship at the Chicago Board of Trade in the corporate communications department during winter break in 2004-2005.[2]
He has contributed his time and raised money for Chicago Cares, the largest day of community service in Chicago helping meet the city's most pressing environmental, hunger, health and wellness, education and senior service needs.[3]
Education
Lothian holds a bachelor of science in media studies from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign[4] and is currently pursuing a master of arts in new media studies at DePaul University.[5]
