Scott A. Cordes is chairman of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) and president of Country Hedging, Inc., an FCM, which is a subsidiary of CHS Inc.[1] [2]
Background
Cordes was named president of Country Hedging in 2000 after spending 20 years in the grain business, including five with CHS Milling in wheat procurement. He also is an FCM representative member of the board of directors of National Futures Association and serves on the NFA Membership Committee.
Education
Cordes received his bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Minnesota.
