The Securities Industry Institute, founded in 1952, is an educational development program designed for securities industry professionals. The objective of the Institute is to equip participants with practical information, ideas and answers directly applicable to their present and future responsibilities.

SII participants gather on the campus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, in the three-consecutive year program that meets for one week each March to complete required course work.
