Building a wiki isn't free! Server hardware and connections and administrators, editorial staff, contributing writers... it all adds up.

MarketsWiki gets the bulk of the funding it needs from direct sponsors. We have a number of excellent sponsors already (the companies to the left of this box, for example), but we need more in order to continue the wiki's rapid expansion.

Sponsors enjoy some benefits in return for their funding. They get recognition on the wiki's sponsor page, and in some cases on this front page and in the John Lothian Newsletter. They get to place ads on individual article pages. Depending on their level of commitment, sponsors may also be eligible for technical assistance from the MarketsWiki team in starting their own corporate wiki, and they may be featured from time to time in the MarketsWiki Spotlight section on this page.
