Thomas Farley is the president and COO of the former New York Board of Trade, now named ICE Futures U.S.[1]


Background

Farley was previously president of SunGard’s Kiodex business unit. Farley joined SunGard in September 2004 with the acquisition of Kiodex, Inc. During his time at Kiodex, he also held the positions of chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Farley also worked for Gryphon Investors, an investment firm specializing in leveraged acquisitions of middle-market growth companies. Previously, he worked for Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities) where he was a corporate finance investment banker advising high-growth middle- and large-market companies.


Education

Farley holds a BA from Georgetown University.
