Tom Sosnoff is the co-founder (with Scott Sheridan) of thinkorswim, an online options brokerage firm launched in 1999, which he later sold to TD Ameritrade for more than $600 million.[1] [2]
He more recently co-founded tastytrade, a financial network and talk show that offers discount vouchers on brokerage and other financial products. He hosts the online show, "Get Tasted" on the tastytrade network.[3]
Background
Sosnoff started his career at Drexel Burham Lambert and has 20 years experience as a market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE).[4]
Education
Sosnoff graduated with a degree in political science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1979.
