Alice "Ali" Hackett is global head of sales and relationship management at LCH.Clearnet. She joined the company in that role in May of 2015. She reports to the Group CEO, Suneel Bakhshi, and is a member of LCH.Clearnet's executive committee. She is based in New York.[1]

She was previously an industry advisor with Formation8, helping portfolio companies to develop client partnerships. [2]

Before that, she was a managing director, global client development and sales for CME Group. She was named to the post on September 30, 2010 and was responsible for the development and execution of the CME Group's global sales strategy across all asset classes and client segments. Hackett reported to Bryan Durkin, chief operating officer and managing director, products and services at CME.[3][4]

Background

Hackett had 25 years of experience in the financial markets when she joined CME Group including nearly 20 years at Citigroup, serving in positions of increasing responsibility culminating with managing director and co-head of global prime finance.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Hackett worked in various capacities at Shearson Lehman, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Citibank N.A. She began her career as a trader for Prudential Bache Securities.

Education

She earned here bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
