Caroline Davis is a technology executive who most recently worked as the head of tools for Deutsche Boerse.[1]

Background

Davis began her career working as a project manager at Dealogic in 2000, before moving on to work as a support analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2004. She held that position for just over a year, until she moved on to become a project manager at FFastFill. Over the next 9 years, she held a number of positions in FFastFill, becoming consultancy business manager in 2006, global head of Trade Execution Service in 2007, and the managing director of Business Development in 2010. In 2014, she moved on to become chairman and CEO of Impendium Systems, as software company based out of London that aimed to supply cloud based solutions to help firms meet their transaction reporting requirements. At the same time, she was named head of tools at Deutsche Boerse, the parent company of Impendium Systems. She held the post until May 2015. [4][5][6][7]

Education

She holds a Bachelor's degree in European Languages and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Master of Science in Computing from the Open University.[8]
