Jones specializes in marketing, conference planning, communications, public relations and strategic planning.
Jones serves as a trustee for Futures For Kids, a London-based foundation which supports children's charities around the world.
He joined the FIA in 2014 from the Washington, DC based Heart Rhythm Society where he was vice president, marketing, communications and membership.
At the Heart Rhythm Society, Jones launched three award winning national awareness programs for clinicians and patients, among other accomplishments, which saw the organization's stature and reach grow.
He also served as director of marketing and member services for the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).
Before joining NACUBO, he worked in the telecom industry for AT&T and an affiliated company, Concert, Inc.
Jones holds a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Evansville. He also holds a number of certificates, including in events management from The George Washington University and as a certified association executive from ASAE, The Center for Association Leadership. He has also held a Series 7 registration from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
