Haworth oversees TT’s international customer support operations, including staff in North America, Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. He is responsible for customer support, quality assurance and education - including the management of TT’s around-the-clock CSC call centers, field support teams, online customer support initiatives and customer training programs.
Prior to TT, Haworth was the support services manager in the U.S. for Patsystems, based in Chicago. Previously, he held positions in systems administration and branch management with Salomon Smith Barney, and he worked as a proprietary futures and options trader for Buck Trading Group.
Haworth received a B.A. degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and has completed coursework at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL.
