Clarke Dryden Camper
Clarke Dryden Camper is the head of government relations for the Capital Group. Previously, he was a senior vice president, head of government affairs and public advocacy for NYSE Euronext He was based in Washington , D.C. and was responsible for managing and executing the company’s government affairs and public advocacy programs.[1][2][3] Camper wrote a blog for NYSE Euronext called "Inside The Beltway," commenting on activity and issues happening in Washington, DC.[4] BackgroundCamper has more than 20 years of experience in government relations, legislative policy and public advocacy. From 2005 to 2009, Camper served as vice president for global external affairs at GE Money, a subsidiary of the General Electric Company. He headed Congressional Relations at Freddie Mac from 2000-2004, and practiced law with the firm of Morrison & Foerster from 1995-2000. Prior to that, Camper worked for then-Representative Charles E. Schumer of New York.[5] EducationHe received a law degree from Harvard Law School in 1995 and a masters degree in Public Policy in 1986 from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, where he was named a Kennedy Fellow.
