Daniel Robert (Bob) Graham was governor of Florida from 1979 - 1987 and a U.S. Senator (D) from Florida from 1987 to 2005. He was an unsuccessful candidate for the Democratic nomination for president in 2004. [1]
In June 2009, he was rumored to be on a short list of possible nominees to the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, a bipartisan panel being formed to investigate the causes of the 2007 financial crisis. [2]
