Edemir Pinto is CEO of BM&FBOVESPA, which was created by the merger of BM&F and Bovespa. Pinto took the position in May of 2008.[1][2] Pinto also serves on the board of directors of the World Federation of Exchanges.[3][4] BackgroundPrior to taking the CEO's position, Pinto was CEO of BM&F from April 1999 to May 2008 when he took office at co-CEO of BM&F Bovespa.
