Eric Crampton is senior vice president and chief technology officer at Cboe Global Markets, reporting to Chris Isaacson. He was promoted to the role in January 2017, and was senior vice president and global head of software engineering.
Crampton joined Cboe in 2017 after the exchange acquired Bats. He joined Bats, in 2008 and led the Bats' exchange technology team and the integration of Bats' technology with Chi-X Europe and Direct Edge.
Prior to joining Bats, he served in management roles at Amazon and Automated Trading Desk.
