In October 2013 MarketAxess agreed to sell Greenline Financial Technologies to CameronTec in Stockholm, Sweden.[1]

History

In March 2008, Greenline was acquired by MarketAxess Holdings Inc., the operator of an electronic trading platform for U.S. and European high-grade corporate bonds, emerging market bonds and other types of fixed-income securities. The acquisition totaled $42 million in cash and stock consisting of $35 million in cash and MarketAxess shares valued at $7 million, with additional cash consideration of up to $3 million contingent on attainment of certain earn-out targets.[2]

CertiFIX is a web-based, automated certification system designed to simultaneously certify multiple counterparties 24/7.

Exchange Central is a multi-exchange simulation platform used for system testing for buy-side, sell-side and ISVs.

FIXecution is a reporting system that allows firms to generate FIX messages based on order flow from a database.

MagniFIX enables technology professionals to proactively monitor message activity and troubleshoot FIX connection inefficiencies.

MetriFIX runs real-time analysis on order message flow and displays statistical data measuring message rates, times and latency.

Latency Monitor provides continuous, real-time analysis of trade order and market data latency.

Professional Services is a trading technology consultancy designed to assist clients with their trading technology needs, from planning through to development and implementation.
