Hans Sjöberg is the chief technology officer at Cinnober Financial Technology. He was named to the post in March 2018 and leads product organization, including development operations, project architects, research and technology for the firm.

He succeeded company co-founder Peter Lenti.[1][2]

Background

Before taking on the CTO role, he had worked at Cinnober since 2012 as technical project manager and solutions architect. Among some of his profile projects were the delivery of the LME Clear's clearing system and a new cross-asset class risk system for Japan Exchange Group.

Prior to joining Cinnober, he worked as a developer at several investment banks including Lehman Brothers and Nomura.

Education

He earned an MSc in computer science and engineering from Umeå University, Sweden.
