Options on the proprietary ISE-CCM Nanotechnology Index (TNY), listed on the International Securities Exchange, currently includes 17 companies[1] involved in the science and technology of building electronic circuits and devices from single atoms and molecules. Applications involve the intended ability to manipulate materials to fundamentally improve processes, materials, and devices on an atomic scale. The Index provides a sampled, benchmarking system for investors interested in this emerging sector, and is calculated on a price and total return basis. A few of the companies represented in the Index include: Altair Nanotechnologies Inc., Cabot Corp., Nanometrics Inc., and Veeco Instruments.

The ISE-CCM_NTI is calculated and maintained by Standard & Poor’s based on a methodology developed by ISE and CCM in consultation with Standard & Poor’s.

Trading hours 9:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time (New York time).
Expiration months Four near-term months followed by one additional month from the March quarterly cycle (March, June, September and December).
Strike price intervals At least $2.50.
Minimum trading increments The minimum trading increment for an options contract trading at less than $3.00 is $0.05. The minimum trading increment for an options contract trading at $3.00 or higher is $0.10.
