In 2004, he joined CFE as senior business analyst to advance and promote the CFE to sell-side and buy-side customers.
Prior to joining CFE, Caauwe had a 17-year career as a floor trader, acting as either an independent trader or lead broker for some of the industry's leading proprietary trading firms.
Caauwe studied Philosophy and Criminology at Moraine Valley College.
He serves as a board member of the FIA Chicago and is an active member of the City Club of Chicago and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
