He is also acting chair of FIA Global, a position he took in July 2018 after Edward Pla stepped down as chairman. Before that, he served on the FIA board for seven years and was voted in as vice chairman in 2016.
Kemp has more than 30 years experience in global derivatives markets in Paris, London and Tokyo.
Prior to that, he work from 1988 to 1992 in fixed income sales at Oddo & Cie.
Kemp holds a bachelors of arts from Brandeis University and a MA/MS from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs.
