Jim May is a vice president of The Price Futures Group, Inc., a Chicago-based introducing broker.[1]

Background

May was a founding member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and from 1973 to 1995 he performed all the functions associated with being a member of the CBOE. He served as a broker for large institutional clients and was also an independent market maker. Prior to joining the Price Group, May was with Fuji Futures (Mizuho Securities) and Merrill Lynch.

In 1995 May left the CBOE trading floor and began his career upstairs as both a retail and institutional futures and equities broker. May holds a Series 3, Series 7, 63 broker.[2]

Education

May graduated from Loras College in 1973 with a degree in business administration.
