John Hague is a retired financial services professional, accountant and brokerage executive. He is a former partner and financial services industry leader for RSM US LLP, a U.S. provider of assurance, tax and business consulting services focused on the middle markets. Hague retired from RSM in 2018.[1][2] Hague's specialties include providing audit and consulting services to the securities, commodities and alternative investment industry, including broker-dealers, futures commission merchants, hedge funds, private equity funds, commodity pools, proprietary trading firms, mutual funds, a commodity futures exchange and a regional stock exchange.[3]

Background

Before joining RSM, Hague served as CFO and executive vice president at the broker-dealer and futures commission merchant Rodman & Renshaw. Before that he was a senior manager at Deloitte.

Earlier in his career he held positions at Spicer & Oppenheim, Coopers & Lybrand, Rouse Woodstock and Price Waterhouse.

Education

Hague earned a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois in 1976. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1977, and he also holds a NASD/FINRASeries 27 License.
