John Hatgioannides is a professor of mathematics and financial engineering at the Cass Business School in the City of London. He is also the finance editor of the electronic scientific journal Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis in Social Sciences (QASS).
Hatgioannides joined City University in 1996 and was instrumental in the launch by the City University Business School which subsequently became Cass Business School. He is member of the International Association of Financial Engineers (IAFE) and the Futures and Options Association (FOA).
Hatgioannides holds a BSc Economics (Athens), a MSc Economics (London) and a PhD Finance (London).
