Kristin Boggiano is a managing director with Guggenheim Partners, where she provides legal advice related to its investment management business. Before working at Guggenheim, she was a special counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where she structured private funds and negotiated structured transactions, including credit and equity based products, CLNs, CLOs, CDOs, derivatives related to ABS and RMBS and derivatives on private funds.
Before joining Schulte Roth & Zabel, Boggiano was an associate on the derivatives desk at Merrill Lynch. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and writes frequently about private fund-related topics. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. She is a founder, chair of the board and the president of Women in Derivatives (WIND), a non-profit whose mission is to develop women leaders in the financial industry. 
Boggiano earned a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, an M.B.A. from Northeastern University Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.
