Because the role of CFO is currently vacant, Lenardos will continue to serve as acting group CFO in addition to group CEO as the company seeks a permanent replacement.
Before that, he served as an analyst, co-head of research at Arden Partners in London, and North Square Capital, a division of Close Brothers Group.
He also worked at Churchill Capital as head of European equity strategies, global head of research. He began his career as an investment banking senior associate at William Blair in Chicago.
Lenardos earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
